Mr Kennedy is an experienced senior business leader with over 16 years’ leading international management consultancy, business transformation, and building corporate support functions to enable numerous governmental change programmes across the UK and Middle East. This includes 8 years working across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 

Mr Kennedy joined Maximus in 2021, leading our global Project Management Office and responsible for overall business transformation, operational improvement, contract implementation and risk management.

He is a proven operational and supply chain management C-suite director with a track record in delivering business change, contract implementation, and identifying and delivering operational efficiencies, which results in a passionate commitment to the delivery of service excellence.

Prior to joining Maximus, Mr Kennedy was Chief Operating Officer for AEI SAUDI in Saudi Arabia. There, he created and led the Company Transformation Plan, including building the company’s strategic relationships with global partners and establishing its Management Consultancy Division.

Other experience includes priority consultancy work for Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Education, General Sports Authority and various national management roles within a large private Employability and Rehabilitation provider.

Mr Kennedy holds qualifications in CIPS, PRiNCE2, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), and Management of Risk (MoR).
