Ayman Mohammed Al Shraideh
Head of Business Development and Marketing
Mr. Al Shraideh joined Maximus in 2020, having overall responsibility for business growth within the UAE market. He brings almost 10 years of experience in outsourcing public services and the delivery of citizen and public sector services.
Before joining Maximus, Ayman worked for VFS Global in Dubai (UAE). He led the business development function within the MENA region for the Identity and Citizen Services (ICS) business line. Mr. Al Shraideh led the growth of the ICS business portfolio within the GCC region, focusing on enhancing citizen services provided by local governments.
Mr. Al Shraideh holds an MSc in International Management from Bristol Business School, the University of the West of England (UK), and a BSc in Computer Information Systems.
