Ms. Moores joined Maximus in 2021, bringing more than 20 years of international experience leading business transformation programs, including mobilisations and transitions and corporate restructuring following the acquisition. Ms. Moores is responsible for developing our people strategy across the Middle East, Asia, and Europe, ensuring we continue to offer career opportunities that attract, develop and engage colleagues across the business.

Prior to joining Maximus, Ms. Moores was HR Director at Arcadis Middle East leading HR workstreams of a business transformation program across six Middle East locations of UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, and Oman with an employee base of 2,500. Ms. Moores was also Talent Acquisition and Mobilisation Director for the FLOW Riyadh Metro O&M project, hiring 1,500 staff both internationally and locally in Saudi Arabia.

Ms. Moores holds an MA in Economics and a Diploma in Human Resources (CIPD).
