Gursel Mehmet is Managing Director for the Middle East, Asia, and Continental Europe at Maximus. With nearly 20 years of experience in human services, recruitment, and outsourced public services, Gursel brings deep expertise in designing and delivering employment programs that support disadvantaged groups.

Since joining Maximus in 2014, he has led the delivery of all contracts across these regions, including flagship programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Singapore. Known for his ability to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and foster government partnerships, Gursel plays a key role in expanding access to employment services globally.

Prior to Maximus, he held senior roles with Reed in Partnership and worked as a consultant in the Middle East. He holds a BSc in Psychology and Sociology and professional qualifications in Coaching and Project Management.
