Cianne Moores
HR Director – Middle East, Asia and Continental Europe
Cianne Moores leads people strategy for Maximus, driving transformational HR programs across the gulf. She joined Maximus in 2021 and brings over 25 years of international HR leadership experience, including large-scale mobilisations, corporate restructuring, and organisational change.
Before joining Maximus, Cianne was HR Director at Arcadis Middle East and led HR for the FLOW Riyadh Metro project, where she mobilised over 1,500 staff. She holds a Master's in Economics, a Bachelor's degree, and a CIPD-recognised diploma in Human Resources.
